About these terms
These terms concern use of kotechsoft.com, the product information website presented under the name Petacomm Indie Studio (Petacomm I.S.), a studio based in Türkiye. Petacomm I.S. is our independent studio name.
These website terms do not replace the licences, documentation or separate terms of PetaFiles, Petacore, Spindle or any third-party service. The website does not currently provide sales, payments or paid subscriptions.

Non-commercial reuse of website content
For website text, logos and images that Petacomm owns and is entitled to license, you may copy, share and modify that content for non-commercial use without asking first. Attribution and a link to kotechsoft.com are not required.
This permission does not extend to material owned by others or labelled with separate terms. It does not override an applicable open-source software licence.

Commercial use requires permission
If your proposed use is intended to generate commercial income, contact [email protected] and obtain written approval before using the content. Describe the material, the intended use and how it will be used commercially.
Requests are assessed individually. Sending a request, or receiving no response, does not grant permission. If you are unsure whether your use falls within the non-commercial permission, ask before proceeding.

No misleading association
You must not use Petacomm’s name, logos, content or modified versions to falsely suggest that Petacomm created, approved, sponsored or is associated with your work, product or organisation.
The permission to modify content does not allow impersonation or misleading claims of endorsement.

Acceptable use
Do not attack or deliberately disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access to systems or data, or send spam to the contact address. Do not use the website to facilitate unlawful activity.
Report a suspected security vulnerability privately to [email protected]. This reporting channel does not itself authorise security testing or access to systems.

Product information and external links
Product descriptions are provided to help you explore the studio’s tools. Check the relevant repository for the version, licence, installation requirements and documentation that apply to the software you intend to use.
External links, including GitHub links, lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Website-content permissions in this document do not impose a non-commercial restriction on separately licensed open-source code.

Availability and responsibility
The website and its content may change or become temporarily unavailable. Check important technical information against the relevant product documentation before relying on it.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
