Scope and contact
This policy describes privacy practices for kotechsoft.com, using the studio name Petacomm Indie Studio (Petacomm I.S.), based in Türkiye. It covers the website and enquiries sent to [email protected]. It does not cover the separate operation of PetaFiles, Petacore or Spindle.
Petacomm I.S. is our independent studio name.

Information you send by email
The website does not offer accounts, a newsletter subscription, a contact form, checkout or paid subscriptions. Contact takes place by email.
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message, including your name, attachments and any other information you choose to send. We use this information to read and respond to your enquiry and handle related correspondence. Please avoid sending information that is unnecessary for your request.
Email is hosted on its own servers in Istanbul, Türkiye, and Paris, France. Only the studio operator has access to the contact mailbox.

Website analytics
kotechsoft.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website visits and performance. This is separate from advertising or a record of every individual click.
Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics does not use cookies or localStorage for analytics and does not fingerprint individuals for analytics. This statement concerns that service, not every possible server or hosting process.

There is no advertising, additional tracking pixels or third-party embeds such as videos or maps on this website.

Technical records and hosting
Requests to a website can involve technical information such as IP addresses, request times, requested URLs and browser details. The studio has not yet confirmed which access or error logs its website configuration retains.

Storage, recipients and international processing
Email correspondence is stored on the studio’s servers in Türkiye and France. Cloudflare is involved in providing website analytics. External websites, including GitHub, apply their own privacy practices when you follow a link to them.

How long information is kept
The studio currently does not delete email correspondence on a periodic schedule. A fixed retention period has not been established. You can request deletion at [email protected].

Your requests
For questions about personal information, or a request to access, correct or delete information associated with your correspondence, email [email protected]. Identify the correspondence or information involved, without sending unnecessary sensitive documents.
Rights and any limits on deletion depend on the law applicable to the processing. This policy does not remove any rights you have under that law.
